1 Organiser 1.1 This promotional contest is organised by Bridgestone Europe NV (“Bridgestone”), with its registered office at Kleine Kloosterstraat 10, 1932 Zaventem, Belgium, and registered in the Crossroads Databank of Enterprises under number 0441.192.820. 2. Participation 2.2 This contest is open to every private individual, having a fixed residence or domicile in one of the following countries: Belgium, France, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Spain, Slovenia, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, United Kingdom, Republic of Ireland, Sweden & Denmark. 2.3 Participants need to be older than 18 at the time of participation and own a Motor Cycle drivers licence. 2.4 Only individuals who, in the period from 01/02/2013 until 01/07/2013 buy a premium set of Bridgestone Motor Cycle tyres models Battlax S20 hypersport or Battlax T30 Sport-Touring at one of the affiliated participating Biker’s Club dealers (available on www.mission-rossi.com) will be able to participate to this contest 2.5 In order to participate, the following steps are required 2.5.1 Purchase a set of Bridgestone Motor Cycle tyres Battlax S20 or T30 (as set out above) within the participating Biker’s Club network. (available on www.mission-rossi.com) 2.5.2 Fill in the entry form at the dealer when purchasing the tyres 2.5.3 Registration on the contest website. The URL is mentioned on the form received from the dealer. 2.5.4 Fill in the online form and answer the tyre related question in a correct way; the answer for which can be found on the website [www.mission-rossi.com] 2.5.5 accept the applicability of these contest rules to his / her participation to this contest 2.6 Failure to respect the Rules shall result in disqualification of the entrant’s submission. 2.7 Entrants who register to the contest with incorrect, incomplete or fake name or address details will be automatically excluded from the contest. 2.8 Employees of Bridgestone, or with a Bridgestone affiliated company, as well as all persons who are directly or indirectly involved with (the organization of) the contest or the prize or the (indirect) supplier of the prize, are excluded from participation. 2.9 In case of abuse, fraud, manipulation or circumvention of the contest rules, Bridgestone is entitled to exclude these participants (groups). 2.10 Only one correct entry per invoice is permitted. The question must be answered correctly before an entry to the draw can be submitted. However each entrant will have several chances to win a prize as there will be 2 draws for each one of the 6 selected European MotoGP events, taking however into account that every participant can only win one Prize. 2.11 Selected MotoGP events are the following “Event(s)”): 19th May 16th June 29th June 14th July 25th August 1st September French GP – Le Mans Spanish GP- Catalunya Dutch GP – Assen German GP – Sachsenring Czech Republic GP – Brno British GP - Silverstone 2.12 No costs to the entrant are involved in participating to this contest. 2.13 Contest period: the contest starts on 01/02/2013 and continues till and including 1/09/2013. 3 Prize 3.1 Each entrant with a correct answer will - together with the dealer where the entrant has purchased the premium set of Bridgestone Motor Cycle tyres - be in with a chance to win one of the 12 full week-ends on a European MotoGP event and a meet and greet with Mr Valentino Rossi inside his pit box The full week-end will start on the Friday before the race day until the evening of the Race Day. Costs related to the transportation of the winner and the dealer will be covered and arranged by Bridgestone. The week-end will include 2 nights at a hotel organised by Bridgestone, access to the MotoGP paddock with the appropriate pass and to Bridgestone’s Motorsport Hospitality facilities. Lunch and dinner will be arranged both at the track and in the evening by Bridgestone. The meet and greet will consist of being taken by Bridgestone’s Staff to Mr Valentino Rossi’s pit box where you will meet him personally 3.2 The prize is strictly for 2 people, the winning person and the dealer where the premium set of Motor Cycle tyres have been purchased. May not be exchanged for cash, goods or services nor transferred without the written consent of Bridgestone 4. Winner 4.1 Two months before each and every Event mentioned here above, 2 winners will be randomly drawn of all entrants having answered the contest question in a correct way before that day. 4.2 The name of the winner of the Prize will be published on the website [www.mission-rossi.com] and notified by phone or email in the days following the draw. If a winner cannot be reached within fifteen days after the draw, Bridgestone reserves the right to select a new winner for the Prize, which will be the second entrant randomly drawn. 4.3 The Prize will be sent by Bridgestone to the winner in the form of a voucher. In the unlikely event that the Prize is not available, the winner will receive a prize of equal value, chosen at Bridgestone’s discretion. 5. Exclusion of liability 5.1 Bridgestone cannot be held liable for any cost or additional expense made by the participant with regard to the (delivery or use of) the Prize. 5.2 Except in the case of intentional or gross negligence, Bridgestone, including its affiliated companies, employees, officers and directors, and appointed helpers or third parties shall under no circumstances be liable for: 5.2.1 any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damage resulting from the (delivery or use of) the Prize or participation to the contest; 5.2.2 any damage caused by force majeure, i.e. situations caused by circumstance beyond their control such as disturbances of any kind in the software, computer, network, internet, which result in the failure or late reception by Bridgestone. 5.3 Bridgestone does not provide any guarantee in relation to the Prize delivered and excludes any liability in this regard (except in the case of intentional or gross negligence). Bridgestone is not liable for any defects in the Prize, for delivery or receipt of the Prize later than announced, or if the prize received differs in an immaterial way from the Prize initially proposed. 6 Privacy 6.1 All personal data obtained by Bridgestone in the context of the contest will be treated as strictly confidential and in conformity with Bridgestone’s privacy policy (http://www.bridgestone.eu/privacy-policy) and the applicable legislation on the protection of privacy. By accepting the Rules, the participant fully agrees with the privacy policy of Bridgestone. 6.2 The winner hereby agrees to allow Bridgestone to publish all pictures taken during the Event on the contest website: www.mission-rossi.com. 7. Miscellaneous 8.1 Any matter not covered in these Rules shall be exclusively determined by Bridgestone. 8.2 Bridgestone has the right to change the Rules (without justification) or to cancel the contest. 8.3 Belgian law applies to these Rules. The competent court in Brussels, Belgium has exclusively jurisdiction in case of disputes between Bridgestone and the participant, but only after the parties have attempted to solve their dispute in an amicable way.
